At POD we are determined not to follow in the steps of other website companies, where you get all the benefits of shopping online, but without being able to speak to a 'real person' - no-one wants to shop without feeling like their order will be dealt with professionally.
We have both professional business people from blue chip companies, to small business professionals, buying from ourselves. We know it's not good when people don't respond to your emails or when you have a query about your order or have a simple question.
