How to order from POD:

1) Please send you Order in writing by email or fax, and our sales team will phone you back to
confirm all details, including carriage costs. You may also request a written confirmation of the final quotation.

2) You will be asked if you wish to pay by credit card, paypal or cheque.
Credit card, we will take your card details over the phone and post you a copy of your invoice
along with your credit card receipt.
Paypal, we will request your payment via a Paypal email that we will send to you. You need to accept this and enter your paypal password. Payment is then made instantly.
Cheque, we will send you a pro-forma invoice, however, the goods can only be despatched once your cheque is received and fully cleared. Please be aware of how this may affect delivery times for exhibition dates.

3) We will provide, via fax, an Order Acknowledgement which will outline the order details and also delivery.
You will be required to check it thoroughly, then sign this it and Fax it back to us on 01933 411906.

4) Your order will be processed for delivery on your esimated delivery date.
