Oval Vodka
The Challenge

Oval Vodka asked Pod Exhibition Systems to tender to provide a complete turn-key solution for an exhibition stand they had booked at Imbibe Live 2012.

This was to host the UK launch of the newly branded Oval Vodka range.

Our Action

From the client’s brief it became apparent that our Esetta system would provide just such a stand when offered with the complete design and installation package that we offer with this system.

The modular stand could then be re-used at a variety of different venues with alternative configurations, using the same hardware package purchased by the client.

Initial designs and quotations were presented to the client and in due course the order was won by the POD Team.

Our Solution

The overall theme of the stand was to reflect the nature of the brand: Structured Purity.

Using glass, acrylic and the illuminated graphic panels from the Esetta range, a stunning stand was created for the first event, with brightly lit glass towers and kiosks to display the bottled products.

The tensioned fabric graphics were designed to emulate the packaging and marketing literature already under production.

Whilst providing large central storage areas, the curved arms of the stand present a welcoming hospitality suite, and the brightly lit stand sets the brand apart from competitors at the event.

The End Result

After a full stand pre-build at the factory, attended by the client, the stand was signed off and prepared for shipping to Olympia, London, where it was erected by our team at the Imbibe Live show.


As can be seen from the photographs, not only was the client delighted with their new exhibition stand, and the “turn-up-and-put-the coffee-on” service, but the delegates were attracted in their hordes to sample the exciting new range of Vodkas.

Oval Vodka immediately booked 3 more events for the remainder of the year, where the stand will be used in different configurations.
