HOW WE WORK


HOW DO WE VIEW YOUR EXHIBITION STAND DESIGN PROJECT?

We view every enquiry we receive as a project, just as the client sees it. That project might be a simple portable display product, a custom built modular stand or a multi-media display within a corporate or public building.

Our speciality is creating dynamic design ideas for modular exhibition stands and interiors from off-the-shelf systems that can be customised to create practical, portable displays. With marketing budgets everywhere shrinking fast, these cost-effective solutions provide exciting, contemporary exhibition stand designs that can be reconfigured to suit various types of venues and therefore offer a fantastic return on investment.

POD Exhibitions offer a complete "turn-key solution" for some of the modular exhibition systems they supply. This service incorporates exhibition stand design, visualisation, assistance with graphics and artwork, stand pre-build, shipping, stand construction, de-construction and storage. If the client requires it, we will also project manage all event administration and hall services.

For smaller, portable modular systems, we offer "assisted delivery" event services, where a dedicated driver and installation team will deliver the stand to the event and either assist the client to erect the stand or build the whole display for them.

HOW DO WE START?

Before we start each project, we ask you to answer one very important question - What do you want to acheive?

We use a simple questionnaire to get you to consider all aspects of your project, some of which you may never have thought about.
To relay that information to us we ask you to complete our Exhibition Planner Tool.

WHERE DO WE GO FROM THERE?

Once we have your completed form, we can discuss with you the most important factors of the project which we call Project Logistics.

Thereafter we will start to formulate ideas on the best system to suit your needs and work toward design drawings and quotations.

When you have agreed to entrust your project to our company, we will create a Live Project Critical Data Sheet, which will outline our Terms and Conditions, Schedule of Work and Task Assignments for both you the Client and us the Service Provider.

We will provide you with artwork templates and give you a date that artwork is required in order to meet your completion date. We will advise you of key dates such as the pre-build date, packing date and shipping dates, construction date and return dates.

Each date will be strategically set to ensure a smooth transition between the stages of the project.
