HOW DO WE VIEW YOUR EXHIBITION STAND DESIGN PROJECT?

A GREAT EXHIBITION STAND COMES FROM GOOD DESIGN
We then present the client with initial three-dimensional drawings of the stand without graphics. We find this approach focuses the mind on the actual logistics of the stand without confusing the eye with graphical images. The design may go through various stages of refinement until a final one is chosen, at which stage we prepare a fully dimensioned drawing with a list of panel sizes, enabling the client to supply us with their final artwork, or the elements for us to provide them with our internal artwork service.
The artwork is then rendered to the design drawing for presentation to the client, so that they can sign off the final design which we will print. We also offer comprehensive photography and graphic design studio facilities. We have extremely talented artists who's services are available at very competitive rates. We are more than willing to assist at whatever level of graphic design service you require, whether that be advice or a complete design package.
At every stage our clients are fully involved and constantly informed of how the stand design will work within the constraints of the specific venue, as all of this information is considered within the planning brief.
How Do We Start?
Before we start each project, we ask you to answer one very important question - What do you want to achieve?
We use a simple questionnaire to get you to consider all aspects of your project, some of which you may never have thought about.

A visit to our showroom would likely prove invaluable, to compare the systems and explore the logistics of each, such as shipping sizes and weight.
The Design Process?
Once the initial planning is complete, our team will take the defining points from the brief and start to produce layout sketches to create the working zones.
Thereafter we use the latest software available to create full working drawings to scale, so that each zone can be configured to fit the stand space exactly.
From this skeleton, we add the specified components to create the stand design layout that best meets the client’s brief.

Using Esetta, POD were able to provide CLAAS with a complete hire solution that fitted into the clients budget and brief. All the elements of kitchen, locker room and changing area were incorporated into the design to create a functional stand but retain the visual impact.
The Client agreed that Vetrina seemed to meet all the requirements of their brief. Thereupon, Pod Exhibitions used CAD design software to demonstrate how the system would work to provide a solution to the four international events they had booked for this year. Once a quotation had been completed for four units that would be used by BioScientifica and the Society for Endocrinology, an order was placed by the client.
Once the CAD drawings were completed and signed off, T C Communications were instructed to design the artwork based on our panel drawings. Thereafter a pre-build date was set for the clients to view the stand prior to shipping to the exhibition. The stand was built using our Esetta modular system and graphics were printed to portray the marketing message Smart Homes required.
Smart Homes were happy to sign off the completed stand with total confidence.
